The Escapist website have produced a unboxing video of the new D&D Monster Vault from the Essentials Line.
As well as producing some brilliant video reviews of crappy computer games with Zero Punctuation there is some excellent articles. Go and visit.
After the brilliant Dungeons and Dragons videos for the PAX 2010 convention Chris Perkins visited the UK and put our celebs into a dungeon to see if they can hold their own against the darkness.
Here’s the Introduction and the first 4 videos of the session. I will add the rest as they are released.
If there is one thing these videos are doing is making me realise how much fun D&D was in our group. I’m also beginning to think my earlier experience of the system may have been effected by comments on the web.
Do you have any thoughts on D&D? Why not pop over to the Drunken Goblin Facebook Group and join the discussion.
P.S. I have also signed up for a new D&D Insider subscription. Purchased the Red Box, Hero’s and Rule compendium from the D&D Essentials line. I’m really enjoying the new size of the books and the new updated rules with added comprehensive index is a god send. Well done WOTC.
Visit the Dungeons and Dragons YouTube Channel to view more videos from Wizards of the Coast.
These videos are well worth watching if you have any interest in roleplay. It shows how much fun D&D can be and are a continuation from the podcast episodes released by Wizards of the Coast. After watching these videos I am itching to try out the Gamma World boxset.
Podcasts can be found on the Wizards website.
Wizards YouTube Channel can be found here.
These sessions were recorded live at PAX 2010 and stars Jerry Holkins, Scott Kurtz, Mike Krahulik, and Wil Wheaton!
These sessions are DMed by the Master of the Dungeons – Chris Perkins, enjoy.
Our RPG group has just started Vampire the Masquerade and apart from being dressed as a clown things are going quite well. So for a bit of research I checked out YouTube for Vamp………Oh my GOD! I think I just threw up in my mouth a bit.
Tristan this message is for you alone. Your my buddy, your my pal. I think your a great DM and a wonderful person. Please don’t be inspired unless its Kev and Steve, then I would bring the camera……
There are a lot of highly talented people on the web producing quality videos for our entertainment.
James Rolfe is one of these people. His love of film (and random other film formats) really shine through in his videos and it looks like he loves Hero Quest about as much as I do.

While you are on his site also check out the brilliant Angry Video Game Nerd videos, but watch out for the shitpickle.

Below is the original video and the follow up with hints and tips. Already its a bigger success then D&D Insider because at least it made it online, BOOM, yes I went there!
Well I did it! I made my first video for youtube. This is a major step for me as I hate seeing myself on video.
Here is the original video from Sean Connors asking questions to any DM’s out there:
Here is my video:
If you are a DM out there and you own a video camera then why not have a go at making a video!
Also please be gentle as it is my first time!
I ‘m always on the look out for any hints and tips that can make my roleplay session better and just recently I came across this brilliant guy,Sean Connors, making videos on youtube.
I have to say he has given me some inspiration for my current WFRP session and I can recommend checking out his channel on you tube. I even made a map from his map making videos. Granted it did not come out the way I wanted and the ink ran a bit but that was down to me not letting the tea dry enough due to excitement.
